ABMS COO Joins Crain’s Panel on Diversity in Hiring and Recruiting
Workforce diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) is a much-discussed topic in the business world today as organizations recognize the tangible benefits of hiring more women, people of color and other underrepresented groups. Amidst the national discussion, Crain’s Content Studio gathered insights from Chicago-based executives on the value of inclusion, and how organizations can attract and retain a diverse workforce to better achieve their goals.
Laura Skarnulis, COO of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), participated in the panel and said, ”ABMS believes we’re responsible for increasing DEI both internally and externally and are aware that our colleagues expect us to take action.
